Kimberly McClain DaCosta
Ph.D., Assistant Professor of African and African American Studies and of Social Studies, Harvard University

Kimberly received her doctorate in sociology at the University of California, Berkeley. She is currently completing a book manuscript called Making Multiracials about the cultural and social reasons behind efforts to create multiracial collective identity in the US.

She will spend the upcoming academic year on sabbatical at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study in Cambridge, MA.
