Dr. Iris Prager is the immediate past president of the American Association
for Health Education. Her Ph.D. in Health Education is from the University of
Maryland. Dr. Prager taught for 18 years at both the Pennsylvania State University
and George Mason University. She currently is the North American Education Manager
for Tampax and has been with the brand for 19 years. Dr. Prager has presented
at numerous meetings dealing with issues confronting adolescent girls or conferences
on the profession of Health Education itself.
Her areas of expertise range from women's health issues to stress management.
